discrimantion against those who might not to be good at studies must be avoided as there are very; noteable people who were not succesfull in studies but are now known as very succesful
it my increase my knowledge about universities careers to a very high level . this is very motivatinal lecture .my vision towards my lecture is improved and all diffculties are cleared
