Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) announces teaching jobs for the post of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturers. Applications for AIOU teaching jobs can be submitted online at AIOU's official website. The Last date for submission of the job application is 08-07-2022. No experience is required for the post of Lecturers and assistant professors while a minimum of 15 years of teaching or research experience is required for the post of Professor, and 10 years for the associate professor.

- 10 years post-PhD teaching/research experience in HEC recognized University or a postgraduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.
- The applicant must have 15 relevant research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in the HEC recognized Journals)
Associate Professor (BPS-20)
Applicants having a Ph.D. in the relevant field can apply for the post of Associate Professor in the following departments.

Requirementsnts
- First Class MS/ M.Phill equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from HEC recognized university/institution with no3rd Division in the academic career.
- Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as Lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding Institutions provided that the candidate holding a higher degree viz Ph.D. or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in the entire academic career.
