This was announced by BISE Chairman Chaudhry Rasheed while talking to media. He said we have sent a proposal to the Punjab government for holding both exams ahead of schedule next year keeping in view upcoming general elections and harsh weather conditions because intermediate exams continue in June and July.
He said the decision was made in a meeting of Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) on Nov 22 at Dera Ghazi Khan.
Admission forms for matriculation will be available from Dec 5 or 6 and last date for submission of forms without late fee is Dec 26, he said.
The chairman Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) said Intermediate admission forms would be available at the board from Dec 26 this year.
