The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has changed the exam timings of ongoing matric examinations due to extreme weather conditions. Now the exam shall start at 8:00 AM and end at 11:00 AM in all examination centers throughout the country. Previously the exams were scheduled between 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
The decision will be applicable from Monday, May 23, 2022. Students can download their roll number slips from the FBISE website. A notification was issued in this regard today and was disseminated to all the concerned departments and authorities. According to the notification, the exam timings are changed on the directives of the Federal Government.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Federal Directorate of Education has also changed school and exam timings in all Government and Private schools in Islamabad. Now the school timings will be from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and exams shall also be conducted in the same time. FBISE exam timings changing decision will be applicable to all exam centers in the country where examinations are being conducted under FBISE.
