The Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), offers an extraordinary opportunity for Pakistani graduates and researchers. Selected candidates will attend the fully funded Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting in Germany, where they will have the chance to engage with Nobel Prize winners.
Participants in this program will join 40 to 50 Nobel laureates and 600 top scientists from around the world at the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting. The program also includes visits to advanced European research centers, providing a comprehensive experience for the selected scientists.

Eligibility Criteria for the Nobel Laureate Meeting 2024
- Education: Minimum of 16 years of education
- Qualification: MS and PhD students with a first-class academic record. Post-docs should have published outstanding research in recognized academic journals.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years for general applicants and up to 35 years for researchers, including PhD holders/scholars.
- Nationality: Open to Pakistani nationals studying or working in Pakistan who meet the eligibility criteria.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria.
- Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in Islamabad.
- Final Selection: Nominations will be forwarded to the Lindau Council in Germany for final selection.
