4 Sections of GMAT Exams
1. QUANTITATIVE REASONING
The quantitative reasoning section tests your ability to reason with numbers and quantified data.
There are two types of questions in the Quantitative Reasoning Section: Problem Solving and Data Sufficiency. Both types of questions require some knowledge of arithmetic, elementary algebra and commonly known concepts of geometry. Rest assured that the difficulty of the questions stems from the logic and analytical skills required, not the underlying math skills. 3. INTEGRATED REASONING
Integrated reasoning tests your reasoning upon various grounds. You are to interpret data in the form of words, numbers, and graphical representations.
There are four types of questions in the Integrated Reasoning Section—Multi-Source Reasoning, Table Analysis, Graphics Interpretation, and Two-Part Analysis. The questions involve both quantitative and verbal reasoning, either separately or in combination. There are two special features of this section: many questions require more than one response, and you will be able to use an online calculator with basic functions to answer the questions. Because the questions are designed to test your ability to integrate data to solve complex problems, you must answer all responses to a question correctly; no partial credit will be given.

4. ANALYTICAL WRITING ASSESSMENT
In this part, you will be tested for you skills on the evaluation of arguments and conclusions.
You will discuss how well reasoned you find a given argument. You can only do so by analyzing the line of reasoning and the use of evidence provided in the argument.
The essays are scored by both trained and approved human raters as well as the machine algorithm

When can I take GMAT Test?
An Individual can take GMAT test 5 times a year. The exact dates of GMAT tests are not specified. The dates are issued multiple times a year but you can give the tests once every 16 days but not more than 8 times in total. Once applying you can see the schedule for upcoming test. How Can I Score More than 720 on the GMAT Exam?
Most of the prestigious IVY leagues, and the top 20 universities for MBA, require a minimum of 720 on the GMAT. You should target at least 720-740 points if you wish to get admitted in such a school. Achieving this goal requires rigorous practice.
Typically, students require an average of 200 hours of practice to score 720. However, sometimes this time can variate according to one’s skill level in different sections. In order to secure a high score, you should start up practicing a few months in advance. Here are a few important steps,

Identify your strong and weak points
Work on your weaknesses for at least 30% of your practice time
