Girl students once again clinched the top three positions in Inter Result 2011. Hira Iftikhar clinched top position by getting 1039 marks while second position was taken by Javeria Tahzib and she got 1036 marks. Anum Manzoor, Ali Ayub and Rubab Haider shared the third position by getting 1028 marks. All the above female are students of Kinnaird College Lahore while Ali Ayub is the student of Govt Islamia College Civil Lines.
In Pre-Medical group among boys, Arsalan Arshad got first position by getting 1021 marks, Ahmed Bani Sardar got second position with 1018 while the third position was taken by Muhammad Hamza with 1013 marks. All these three position holders are the student of GCU Lahore.

In Pre-Engineering group among girls, Anam Sadiq of Punjab College got first position with 1025 marks. Aysha Zulfiqar and Maryam Khalid got second and third position with 1016 and 1015 marks respectively.
