Speaking at a press conference at Press Club, he said that suggestions regarding private educational system given by NEC had not been considered in a meeting of select committee while those who brought amendments in the suggestions were representatives of the government not of Provincial Educational Council (PEC).
The representatives, he said did not have authority to negotiate with the government.
He said the government had no mandate to pass Regulatory Authority Bill (RAB) from the provincial assembly as its tenure was going to end while the RAB was already rejected by private educational institutes.
Hussain further said due to political inferences and appointments, government's educational institutes had been put at verge of destruction and it now wanted to destroy private educational system. "If was destroy, which way will be remained to impart better education like private schools," he questioned.
The private education sector, he said was playing very important role to provide standard education to children but government completely ignored its role and owing to the proposed RAB was tantamount to put the educational system in Pakistan at stake.
The government does not have authority to process appointments of teachers and issuing salaries to them through legislation because it was not shareholder with private education sector.
To impose the bill on private education system across the province through legislation would be injustice with sector.
