Pakistan Engineering Council Notice For 25th Annual General Meeting.

The 25th Annual General Meeting of the council is scheduled to be held on 30th April, 2018, at 9:00 AM at Islamabad. The following business will be transacted in AGM in Accordance with the PEC Act 1976.

1. Presentation of Annual Report
2. Presentation of Audited Accounts
3. Appointment of Auditors
4. Motions put forward by the Member
5. Such other business as may be placed before the AGM by the governing body of or the chair may decide.

All Valid Member of Pakistan Engineering Council are Requested to Participate and Send the Proposal/Motions to be Moved in the AGM by 10th April, 2018 to PEC HQ, Islamabad so that the same may be included in the agenda. The motion should be within the scope of function of the council in accordance with PEC Bye-Laws 1976.
