Addressing a ceremony organized by federations of schools Punjab here at Raza Hall, Raja Anwar said the government was taking revolutionary steps in the education sector.
He said that he had made great efforts for the success of the financial estancia scheme (FAS). He said NGOs had launched fake training sessions in partner schools in the past but he stopped the practice and ensured training of teachers of partner schools by competent staff.
Earlier, President of Federation of Schools Fareed Bungishthanked Raja Anwar for services in the field of education.
He said that 800,000 children were benefitting from the programme across the province. (APP)
