- The original copy of the court’s decision in favour the candidate’s prayer.
- Fee challan submitted as per the charges notified by the Karachi Board.
- A covering Letter from the Principal of the school where the student was studying to the Secretary of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Karachi. This covering letter should be about correction in the name.
- DMC or Certificate issued by the Board in original form is also compulsory to pursue this case.
How to correct your date of Birth in the BISE Karachi?
If you want to correct the date of Birth on the certificates and Result card issued by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Karachi, you need to prove your case through the school record. The Karachi Board will inspect the record of the school and make changes in case they are satisfied by the submitted documents.

- Advertisement in any daily newspaper. Two press cutting should be submitted with the application.
- Covering letter from the Principal of the School to the Secretary of the Board about correction.
- Affidavit in case there is no covering letter of the School Principal available.
