The Sindh government has revised the exam timings for the ongoing intermediate exams in the province due to severe weather and ongoing heatwave in the country. Intermediate exam timings in Karachi will be from 9:00 AM to 12 noon. Exams are scheduled half hour before the previously scheduled time.
Exams in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Larkana, and Nawabshal will be conducted from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Previously Punjab Boards and Federal Board also changed the exam timings for Matric and Intermediate exams.
It is pertinent to mention here that Federal Education Minister advised provinces to revise the exam timings and to take measures to ease the students and ensure their safety. The Sindh health department had also declared a heatwave emergency at all government hospitals across the province.
