What if your score is in the range of 80% in Fsc pre-medical?
You may have chosen pre-medical in Fsc with the wish to join medical college or MBBS. But despite your efforts, if you have gotten between 70-80% marks in Fsc, do not waste your time and strength on pursuing MBBS or preparing for the MDCAT and similar exams. Even if you score exceptionally well in the entrance exam, getting into a medical college would still be very difficult. In such cases, what other options can you pursue that would be practical, easy and better for you to choose?

- If you want to make a career in medical field you could go for programs such as DPT, MLT, medical image technology, etc. All these are growing fields in the world as well as Pakistan, as numerous laboratories, government and private hospitals and clinics are developing throughout the country with good career and earning opportunities for these programs.
- Another option could be opting for a program in social sciences. Programs such as psychology, criminology, sociology, law and library sciences also have a growing job market and further specialization in these can land you a career in educational institutions, special education’s institutions, universities, provincial and federal departments, banks, scientific and research organization
- Joining the armed forces such as the Pak air force, navy or army as well as the police forces could be the immediate sectors where you can apply and get great career opportunities that you could go for. You could provide your services to the homeland during this career and has opportunity for growth and promotion.
- If you have a knack for maths or if you have a bit of an engineering mind as well as the required time and ease to do it, you could try giving the extra mathematics exams and you can go for an engineering college next year. Taking additional maths could open a lot more opportunities for you in programs such as physics and mathematics
