Chief Minister Balochistan Mr. Sarfaraz Ahmed Bugti launches the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Fully Funded Scholarship Programme. Students having Balochistan domicile and enrolled in the nursery to PhD programs may avail this fully funded scholarship program.
The purpose of this fully funded scholarship program is to equip the hardworking and talented students of Balochistan with a high-quality education.

The following scholarship schemes are announced under the Muhtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Fund Scholarship Programme.
Scholarship Program for Martyrs:-
For the children of the martyrs with local/domicile certificates of Balochistan. For those who have been declared as martyrs by the Department of Home Affairs or Tribal Affairs, a full-fund scholarship program has been started for the children of these martyrs. Children who are in Class Nursery to Masters Program (Session 2024) from Balochistan or Pakistan
Those studying in any educational institution are eligible to apply.
Scholarship Program for District toppers
BEEF District Toppers scholarship is for the toppers of Matric and Inter exams. Those students with the local domicile of Balochistan who appeared in matriculation or Intermediate Annual Examination 2024 from Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) or Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) and the student is in 5 positions in their respective district.
The student must have passed the matric or intermediate examination from a government school or college in Balochistan.
For Matric Toppers: Matric pass students are eligible for fully funded scholarships up to Intermediate in any institution in Pakistan. of intermediate toppers. YET PASS male and female students are eligible to apply for graduation or professional degree programs in any government institution of Pakistan or approved educational institutions under BEEF's fully funded program. Up to 16 years of education are eligible.
Scholarship program for minority students
Fully Funded Scholarship Program for Session (2025) for Minority Students with Local Domicile Certificate of Balochistan Students Studying in Panel Institutions of BEEF.
Program for Transgender Students:-
A fully funded scholarship program has been launched for transgender students with local domicile to faculty of Balochistan for up to 16 years of education. Or studying in any educational institution of Pakistan are eligible to apply. (5) Scholarship
Program for PHD Global for students with local/domicile certificate of Balochistan
PhD in Top 100 QS Universities Fully Funded Scholarship has been launched. Students must have unconditional / application admission in any of the Top QS 100 Ranking universities of the world for PHD in the academic session 2025. are eligible to apply.
