CM Merit Scholarship (CMMSP) for Study Abroad

With the support of the Government of Balochistan, the Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) announces a fully funded CM Merit Scholarship for Study Abroad (CMMSP). The CMMSP scholarship program is for the intelligent and talented students of Balochistan, who are willing to pursue PhD in selected fields in the world's top 100 QS Ranking universities.

The CMMSP program provides a fully funded Ph.D. D offers a program, the details of which are contained in the guidelines available on the BEEF website. Preference for the scholarship will be given to students who are enrolled in tuition-free institutions in Germany or other countries, and they will be allowed to enter universities up to the QS200 ranking. The deadline to apply for the CM Merit Scholarship for Study Abroad is March 30, 2025.

The purpose of the CMMSP is to promote the development of the province. Scholarships are awarded for a limited number of seats which can be increased or decreased. Selection will be done according to the grading system which includes marks in the previous degrees, Aptitude Tests, and interviews.

How to Apply for CM Merit Scholarship for Study Abroad (CMMSP)

Applications are invited from the students of Balochistan for the award of PhD scholarships in world's Top 100 QS ranking universities for session 2025. Interested candidates can find the Application Form, subject areas, and detailed guidelines on the BEEF website.

Who can apply for CMMSP

• Maximum age of 40 (Forty) as at the closing date of advertisement
• Resident of Balochistan having local and domicile of the Province with permanent and present address of Balochistan on CNIC. A residence certificate from district administration is also required.
• Not less than 60% marks throughout the academic career
• Permanent/regular faculty members of the public sector Educational institutions and in public service of Pakistan are not eligible
• Must have unconditional valid offer letter of PhD from any of the top 100 QS ranked universities for the session 2025.
• Mast not have availed any foreign P PhD scholarship in the past for ay National Provincial or Donor Program

• Attested copy of applicant (CNIC)
• Attested Copies of all educational documents
• CV/Resume
• Copy of UN-conditional/ValiD admission offer PhD studies
• Attested copy of Local Domicile.
• Applicant's three passport-size photographs (blue background)
• Synopsis Research Proposal
• Statement of Purpose (On page)
• Any other supporting document required to substantiate the facts given in the application
• Police Character Certificate
