Commonwealth DL Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a Commonwealth Distance Learning Scholarship, candidates should:
- Be a citizen of or have been granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country, or be a British Protected Person
- Be permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country
- Hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard. A lower qualification and sufficient relevant experience may be considered in certain cases.
- Be unable to afford to study in the program without this scholarship.

How to Apply for UK DL Scholarship
See the website and contact the universities who are offering courses in distance learning and apply there for those Master's Programs. Universities will select you as their candidate for distance learning and will send the names/nominations to the commonwealth council, where they will finalize the winners.
The deadline to apply on the Commonwealth website is March 28, 2023.
