Required document for Equivalence of US and Canadian Qualification 2024

Following documents/ credentials are required by IBCC for processing of Equivalence Certificate i.e. SSC & HSSC (relevant Group) for students who have studied in the USA or Canadian Education system:-

• Original High School Diploma 
• Original consolidated 4-years transcripts from grade 9 to 12. Transcripts must be sealed, signed and embossed by the relevant issuing authority (recognized and accredited US Institution) and en-closed in an envelope to be opened by an officer or official of IBCC. Please provide sealed transcripts directly to IBCC. Documents if opened after signing will not be acceptable. Also, the transcripts must clearly mention Grade-9, 10, 11 and 12 subjects with their credits mentioned clearly against each subject.
• The date of admission and discharge of the candidate in concerned institution(s) should be clearly mentioned.
• Attested copy of Certificate of School Accreditation with Accrediting Association of USA OR concerned US State Department of Education, USA.
• Graduation Requirements (total earned credits by the student and total required credits for Graduation High School Diploma).
• School Profile (i.e. High School Program Planning Guide/Course Description Guide etc.)
• Original Advance placement Grade Report duly issued by AP College Board, USA, sealed/enclosed in an envelope to be opened by an officer or official of IBCC in case of AP Courses passed by you.
• Explanation of abbreviation of the subjects and codes which are used in the student’s transcript.
• Attested Copy of Passport with valid visa / Stay proof during the study abroad,
• Attested copy of CNIC of Pakistan and attested copy of Foreign Nationality.
• Four photocopies of each educational document must be attached herewith.
• A prepaid return envelope of best courier service (e.g. FedEx, DHL, and TCS) should be attached herewith for sending back the original documents to the applicant.
• As per the policy of IBCC, the educational documents of the student will be referred to the concerned authority for verification/ clarification of the documents furnished to IBCC. A proper Equivalence Certificate will be issued after receipt of a verification reply from the concerned authority/institution.
